These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ROVDIKA games cafe premises, restaurant services, and website rovdika.com (collectively, the "Services"), operated by ROVDIKA Co., Ltd. ("ROVDIKA", "we", "us", "our"), registered in the Republic of Korea. By visiting our venue or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Venue Rules and Code of Conduct
1.1 Age Requirements
Guests under 18 years of age must leave the premises by 22:00 (10:00 PM) in accordance with applicable Korean law. Guests 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age verification may be requested at any time.
1.2 Acceptable Behavior
- All guests must treat staff and other guests with respect
- Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind will result in immediate removal from the premises
- Cheating, hacking, or tampering with games software or hardware is strictly prohibited
- Loud and disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests is not permitted
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue. A designated outdoor area is provided.
1.3 Alcohol Policy
ROVDIKA is a 100% alcohol-free venue. Bringing alcohol onto the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal. Our beverage menu consists entirely of non-alcoholic drinks.
1.4 Food Policy
Outside food is not permitted in the games zone. Outside food may be consumed in designated areas only. Our restaurant menu is available for delivery to all games stations.
2. Games Station Usage
2.1 Session Booking
Walk-in sessions are available for Standard and Pro stations on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP Private Suites require advance reservation. Sessions are charged by the hour with a minimum of 1 hour.
2.2 Equipment Care
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment through negligent or reckless use
- Peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset) must be returned to their original position
- Eating and drinking near equipment must be done with care — station covers are provided
- Tampering with hardware, including internal components, is strictly prohibited
2.3 Software and Games
All software and games available on ROVDIKA stations are fully licensed. Installing unauthorized software, bypassing security measures, or attempting to access other systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
VIP Suite reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
4. Tournament Rules
Participants in ROVDIKA-organized tournaments agree to abide by the specific tournament rules provided at registration. ROVDIKA reserves the right to disqualify any participant for unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or violation of these Terms. Tournament decisions made by ROVDIKA staff are final.
5. Website Terms
5.1 Intellectual Property
All content on rovdika.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos and design, is the property of ROVDIKA and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
5.2 Website Use
You agree to use rovdika.com for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, introduce malicious software, or disrupt the operation of the website.
5.3 Disclaimer
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that information will be completely accurate. Prices and availability may change without notice.
6. Liability
ROVDIKA is not responsible for: (a) personal belongings lost or stolen at the venue; (b) damage to personal devices brought into the venue; (c) indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability to any guest shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
